Thanks, pointed it to a different website with the article. That site apparently went down.

    Hi Jaime:

I “stumbledupon” your website while researching random internet marketing jobs for freelancers. I am curious to learn more about internet marketing and how it works. Your testimonial sounds a lot like my life, 36 and broke!

I’ve been researching internet marketing incubators, conferences, seminars, etc., here in Los Angeles. Are you still consulting?

    Please advise.

    Best,

    Racquel

    Hi Racquel,

Internet marketing is such a massive industry now that I couldn’t know where to start in pointing you down a path. Is there a specific part of it that you’re interested in, such as social media or search engine optimization or something else?

Let me know what you feel drawn to and I can give you some ideas and recommendations for getting up to speed on knowledge in that area.

As for your life being similar to mine two years ago, all I can say is “Boy can I relate!” But the reason I know you’ll pull through and be ok is because you’re out and about figuring out how to turn it all around and most people just won’t do that.

You’re on the right track. :)

I am still consulting, though now I primarily coach internet marketers and entrepreneurs in wealth creating, consulting best practices, and personal transformation.

Since you’re in LA (and a lot of internet marketers and entrepreneurs are in LA), I recommend a great fast track would be to contact someone who is successful in the ways you want to be successful, and ask them if you can assist them in any way in return for them mentoring you. Perhaps you can be an assistant of sorts, or do the grunt work on some of their projects or businesses. In return, they train you how to do more and more and you in essence get your crash course education for free, make an incredible connection that, once you’ve proven yourself will become priceless, and they’ll likely pay you or give you a cut of profits once your skills reach a certain level.

I wish you all the best!
    Jaime
